Service Scope and Coverage
iyVPN provides network acceleration across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service includes account access, subscription configuration, route connections, and user panel features related to subscriptions. Available routes may change based on network conditions, maintenance schedules, upstream resources, and regional policies applied by destination services.
The service is intended to improve connection paths for international access and does not guarantee continued availability of any third-party website, app, content, or feature. Third-party services may independently change access rules, regional detection, or account policies; such changes are outside iyVPN’s control.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Devices
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must choose a username they can manage, securely store their password and subscription details, and remain responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed, an unusual login is detected, or subscription details are used unexpectedly, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
A subscription supports simultaneous use on an unlimited number of the account holder’s own devices, but this does not permit public account sharing. Accounts, subscription URLs, and access credentials are for the account holder and devices they manage only. They may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, distributed in bulk, or provided for long-term shared use by unrelated people. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, configuration exposure, or access problems caused by credential sharing.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using iyVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to the services they access, as well as platform rules and intellectual property requirements. Users may not use the service for unlawful activity, distribute illegal content, intrude on, interfere with, or damage network systems, or engage in fraud, harassment, malicious scanning, bulk abuse, unauthorized data collection, or other conduct that harms third-party rights.
Users are responsible for determining whether particular content, websites, or online activities are permitted where they are located. iyVPN provides connection and route services; it does not authorize the content users access or relieve them of responsibility for following local rules.
Service Availability and Liability
iyVPN maintains and manages its routes, but actual connection results may be affected by local carriers, device systems, network congestion, destination service policies, public network failures, and events beyond its control. Maintenance, route changes, or external network changes may cause brief interruptions, variable speeds, or temporary unavailability in some regions.
Users should keep necessary data backups and alternative connection arrangements for their intended use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service changes, incorrect device configuration, mishandled credentials, use that violates these Terms, or network events beyond iyVPN’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, continuously affect route operations, disrupt other users’ normal access, violate laws or regulations, or seriously breach these Terms, iyVPN may restrict related connections, suspend account features, or terminate the service. To protect the system and other users, iyVPN may first impose necessary restrictions when handling clearly abnormal traffic or security incidents, then explain the outcome through the user panel.
Users may stop using the service and are responsible for retaining or deleting subscription configurations on their devices. After service termination, expired subscription information must not be redistributed or used. Account termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination or provisions that must remain effective under applicable law.
Terms Updates and Refund Guidance
iyVPN may update these Terms when its service scope, product features, legal requirements, or operating rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revision date; significant changes will receive an appropriate notice through the user panel. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy: a full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 60 days of the first payment.
